  2. 2 Military Tunnels on Vis Island

One of the most attractive secrets of Dalmatia are military tunnels on the island of Vis, built and used as an important military base during the WW2 with approximately 20 km of underground tunnels, caves, mines and storage facilities which have recently been turned into one of the most attractive visit points on Vis Island. Exploring these is a unique opportunity to get a different view at the history and tradition of the area.

  3. 3 “Mamma Mia 2” filming spots

All these locations are well worth seeing and are easily recognizable even to those who haven’t memorized every single scene from the movie.

  4. 4 Komiža

A small fisherman village that has been attracting both locals and tourists for years now making them fall in love with its stone houses and narrow streets that lead from the port uphill. Explore all the wanders of Komiža, immerge yourself into the local living and enjoy your time in this charming little town.

  5. 5 Stiniva Beach

This famous beach is a true well-hidden gem of the Vis Island. It is easily accessible by boat and perfect for a swimming break in the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Sunbathing on the beach, swimming and snorkeling are top activities here. Relax, enjoy the deep blue waters and don’t forget to explore underneath the surface too.
