This year, for the first time, DMC Travel Croatia attended CVS Milano. For three days, from Noveber 12th to 14th we attended this great event ogranised by Mr Alexander Glos and i2i Group. This three day event has been bringing together global Chinese travel buyers with international travel suppliers for nine years now.
First day, DMC Travel Croatia participated China Training Day – it was a unique opportunity for DMC Travel Croatia to learn and gain first-hand information and experience about the China outbound travel market, opportunities, strategies, ecosystem and social media. China Training day gave us a deeper understanding of today’s market conditions, case studies, trends, technologies, and future opportunities with Chinese inbound tourism. China Training Day had 4 presenter: Mr Alexander Glos – CEO China i2i Group, Mr Xu Min China i2i Group, General Manager Sales & Marketing, Mr Philip Kyhl Independent China Outbound Travel Advisor / Co-Founding Partner, Eighty8 Agency, Founder PHILIPKYHL and Ms Alice Di Diego –Managing Partner, Eggsist ltd.
Next two days at CVS Milano 2019 were two days of bussines meetings. The CVS is all about B2B. The core of the event CVS Milano 2019 was the two days of face to face meetings between 100 travel suppliers and qbout 200 Chinese travel buyers, resulting each year in over 7,000 appointments. DMC Travel Croatia had over 50 meetings in this two day, and meet more that 70 potentian and new partners, At the same time, medting with 100 collegues supliers from Italy, Germany, Azebegian, Denmark and other European countries, we opend our prespective to new ideas, new partners and new markets. It was two days of meetings and at the same time, two days of learning and listening of our worldwide market needs and goals..
The CVS Milano 2019 was at Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Congress Centre. Milan is a global capital of fashion and design. Home to the national stock exchange, it’s a financial hub also known for its high-end restaurants and shops. The Gothic Duomo di Milano cathedral and the Santa Maria delle Grazie convent, housing Leonardo da Vinci’s mural “The Last Supper,” testify to centuries of art and culture. With the alps just a few hundred kilometers to the north and the heart of Italy to the south, Milan was a perfect place to attend the CVS for DMC Travel Croatia.
