Day 1 – Arrival to Zadar
You will be met and transferred by Travel Croatia representative to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure until you gather with your Travel Croatia tour director and fellow travellers for a welcome dinner. (D)
Day 2 – in Zadar and Krka Waterfalls National Park
After breakfast drive down to Zadar. Spend the morning sightseeing in Zadar city of exceptional history and rich cultural heritage. Zadar is a city monument, surrounded by historical ramparts, a treasury of the archaeological and monumental riches of ancient and medieval times, Renaissance and many contemporary architectural achievements such as the first Sea Organs in the world. Continue to Krka Waterfalls National Park. Have your camera ready as you take a walking tour around several parts of this natural wonder with Skradinski buk and Roški slap waterfalls, Visovac island and monastery. After lunch relax in a café or wander around in the nature beauty of this park. End of this lovely day with Travel Croatia by driving to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening. (B, L, D)
Day 3 – to Šibenik and Trogir
Continue sightseeing in Šibenik, a historic city in Croatia, located in central Dalmatia where the river Krka flows into the Adriatic Sea. The central church in Šibenik, the Cathedral of St. James, is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. After free time for exploring Šibenik, we head to Trogir, the center of artistic activities. Scholars from around the world gather here to study and paint. Little labyrinth of an island, town of lucky moment and Greek God Kairos, is completely UNESCO protected, which you will understand as soon as you see the town. Enjoy late lunch after sightseeing and spend the rest of your day wandering through the labyrinth of little streets. Drive toyour hotel in the evening. (B, L)
Day 4 – Split
After breakfast spend your day in Split. Enjoy a sightseeing tour featuring the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Then see the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral. After free time in Split head back to your hotel to meet Travel Croatia fellow travellers for dinner. (B, D)
Day 5 – Dubrovnik
Drive to Dubrovnik. After accommodating in your hotel, a walking tour of Old Dubrovnik starts. Visit the Rector’s palace and see the Bell Tower Clock, Orlando’s Column, Sponza palace, the Dominican monastery, and Franciscan monastery with its pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. Dinner at your hotel. The rest of the day is free. (B, D)
Day 6 – Dubrovnik
Enjoy your free day in Dubrovnik and explore all the sites again. Enjoy wandering through the town streets and exploring the town gastronomy…enjoy your day off in this Adriatic pearl. (B)
Day 7 – Travel Croatia Homeward Journey
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
