Day 1 – Arrival to Zagreb

You will be met and accompanied by Travel Croatia representative to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure until the welcome dinner. (D)

Day 2 – in Zagreb

This morning, enjoy a city tour featuring the historic Upper Town, St. Mark’s Church, St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, the Parliament, and the Government Palace. The rest of the day is free to explore the winding streets of the Old Town, relax in a café or take an optional excursion to see the countryside. (B)

Day 3 – to Opatija and Plitvice Lakes National Park

Drive to the coast and travel along the beautiful bay of Kvarner to its popular resort, Opatija. After some free time, travel south to Plitvice Lakes National Park and enjoy in free time and leisure. Dinner comes at the end this lovely day in your hotel. (B, D)

Day 4 – Plitvice Lakes National Park

Have your camera ready as you take a walking tour around several of the lower lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder of 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. Leisure after dinner and enjoy the green forests and beautiful nature. Dinner at your hotel is a great way to end the day. (B, D)

Day 5 – to Zadar and Split

After breakfast continue your journey to Zadar, spend the morning sightseeing in Zadar, a city of exceptional history and rich cultural heritage. Zadar is a city monument, surrounded by historical ramparts, a treasury of the archaeological and monumental riches of ancient and medieval times, Renaissance and many contemporary architectural achievements such as the first Sea Organs. Continue your way to Split. Spend the afternoon on a city tour featuring the historic Diocletian’s Palace, center of old town Split. Enjoy a sightseeing tour featuring the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Then see the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral. Leisure time and dinner is the perfect way to wrap the day. Day 6 – Trogir, Šibenik and Krka Waterfalls National Park

Drive to Trogir, the center of artistic activities. Scholars from around the world gather here to study and paint. Little labyrinth of an island, town of lucky moment and Greek God Kairos, is completely UNESCO protected, which you will understand as soon as you see the town. Continue sightseeing in Šibenik, a historic city in Croatia, located in central Dalmatia where the river Krka flows into the Adriatic Sea. The central church in Šibenik, the Cathedral of St. James, is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. After free time for exploring Šibenik, we head to Krka Waterfalls National Park. Have your camera ready as you take a walking tour around several parts of this natural wonder with Skradinski buk and Roški slap waterfalls, Visovac island and monastery. Dinner at your hotel is the end of this lovely day. (B, D)

Day 7 – Dubrovnik

Drive to Dubrovnik. After accomodating in hotel, the walking tour of Old Dubrovnik starts. Visit the Rector’s palace and see the Bell Tower Clock, Orlando’s Column, Sponza palace, the Dominican monastery, and Franciscan monastery with its pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. Dinner at the hotel and the rest of the day is free. (B, D)

Day 8 – Dubrovnik

Enjoy your free day in Dubrovnik and explore all the sites again. Enjoy wandering through the town streets and exploring the town gastronomy … enjoy your day off in this Adriatic pearl. (B)

Day 9 – Travel Croatia Homeward Journey

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
