Day 1 – arrival to Zagreb
You will be met and accompanied by Travel Croatia representative to your hotel in Plitvice Lakes. The rest of the day is at leisure until the welcome dinner. (D)
Day 2 – Plitvice Lakes National Park
Have your camera ready as you take a walking tour around several of the lower lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder of 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. Free time after exploring the park. Balance the day in your hotel with dinner and leisure time. (B, D)
Day 3 – Krka Waterfalls National Park and Šibenik
We start our day with breakfast and after we head to Krka Waterfalls National Park. Walking tour with our guide goes around several parts of this natural wonder with Skradinski buk and Roški slap waterfalls, Visovac island and monastery. Relax in a café or wander around in the natural beauty of this park. …Continue to Šibenik, a historic city in Croatia, located in central Dalmatia where the river Krka flows into the Adriatic Sea. The central church in Šibenik, the Cathedral of St. James, is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. End this day in the hotel for dinner and a leisure evening. (B, D)
Day 4 – National Park Kornati
The day will be a boat ride in National Park Kornati, often mentioned as ”a nautical paradise” in tourist publications. And really, it is a ”slalom” sailing through the 89 unforgettable islands, islets and reefs in National Park Kornati. Lunch and drinks are included on the boat. Evening drive to Split, dinner in your hotel and enjoy in the evening after dinner relaxing in the hotel cocktail bar. (B, L, D)
Day 5 – Split
After breakfast, sightseeing and walking tour in the heart of Dalmatia – Split. Enjoy a sightseeing tour featuring the historic inner city built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Then see the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral. Dinner in the hotel is the end of this lovely day. (B, D)
Day 6 – Travel Croatia Homeward Journey
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
