And it truly is inspirational with its amazing architecture and well-preserved cultural traditions such as the unique sword dancing. Get lost in the narrow walkways of Korčula to discover many adorned palaces and elegant houses, cozy squares and inviting restaurants.
Next stop is the breathtaking Mljet Island. The west end of the island holds a beautiful fisherman village named Pomena. This is also the main entry to the amazing Mljet National Park. Explore Pomena, enjoy discovering its traditions and taste the local food in the local restaurant before heading to the national park. The protected area of the national park covers the entire north-west part of the Mljet Island. This is a large area that covers two unique saltwater lakes, one of which holds a small islet in the middle with a fantastic monastery built in the 16th century that has recently been turned into a restaurant. Explore the national park strolling along pleasant shaded footpaths, enjoy the natural environment and stunning scenery along the way.
From here, you are only a short boat ride away from the highlight of this tour – the incredible Dubrovnik. Being one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Mediterranean Sea, also known as the Pearl of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik attracts visitors with its unique architecture and world-famous Walls that surround the city core. Explore the beauty and the harmony of the old town, visit filming locations of the Game of Thrones series and the Star Wars movie.
Enjoy wandering through the stone streets of this amazing town discovering all the secrets that it has to offer. An overnight in a local hotel will allow you to experience the night life of the city and freshen up before your two days long boat tour continues.
Your journey continues in the morning. Just around the corner, a bit further to the south, you’ll find Cavtat. A pretty unique place in the Adriatic Sea with a rich tourist offer and a beautiful scenery ready to be explored. Here you can hide from the busy city life and enjoy an easy-going Dalmatian type of living. Discover beautiful architecture and cozy beaches, relax in the shade of pine trees while enjoying the charming surroundings.
A pleasant boat ride takes you back towards north where you’ll be welcomed by a pretty unique sight. The striking beauty of the Elafiti Islands can often be overwhelming for the first-time visitors. This cluster of fourteen islands is one of the most popular destinations in Croatia and very often the high point of one’s visit to Dubrovnik. Beautiful green forests popping out of the deep blue sea with great beaches and rich cultural heritage make these islands a true paradise on Earth.
Enjoy your time here before heading towards the island of Hvar, exploring the island’s most visitied locations and prettiest beaches and then heading back to the starting point of the tour.
