The Travel & Adventure Shows are produced by Unicomm, LLC., a leading trade show organizer and managed by a team with over 150 years of industry experience. Originally founded as the Adventures In Travel Expos, the events were re-formed in 2011 as the Travel & Adventure Shows to better serve attendees and focus on leisure and experiential travel. The events are produced in nine major DMA’s across the United States and have become the USA’s most important travel events for marketers wishing to reach consumers and travel agents. Travel Croatia DMC is proud to be a part of this great show in 2020.
The Chicago Travel & Adventure Show is the preeminent travel marketplace in the Chicago area. It took place in February 8-9 2020. Our stand was #1909. Chicago was our first show while Los Angeles Travel & Adventure Show was next. It took place on February 15-16 2020 at Los Angeles Convention Center. Our stand was #1056. At Denver Travel & Adventure Show our stand was #530, it was on the weekend of Februay 21-22 2020 at Colorado Convention Center. Atlanta booth #644, and it was on February 28-29 2020 and last for this tour was Washington, March 7-8 2020 , booth #1036 at Washington Convention Center.
Travel Croatia DMC was positioned next to the main stage for keynote speakers such as Mr Peter Greenberg (Emmy Award Winning Investigative Reporter), Ms Pauline Frommer (Editorial Director of the Frommer’s Guides), Ms Patricia Schultz (Bestselling author of 1.000 Places To See Before You Die) and other notable guests.
Travel & Adventure Show is the place to get great travel story ideas, interview travel experts and show executives on travel trends, as well as capture amazing photos all under one roof. The show area showcases hundreds of captivating worldwide destinations from India to the Caribbean to California and this time Croatia, which we proudly represented.
Experiential event had three inspirational and informative seminar stages (Travel Theater, Destination Theater and Savvy Traveler Theater), plus culture and entertainment abound on the Global Beats Stage offering dozens of performances all weekend long. Many of the hands-on activities were offered at the show. Thousands of Destination Experts Under One Roof – Travel Croatia DMC as one of them. Our goal was to help travelers plan their next vacation, customize their trip and provide the “inside knowledge” so that they can travel like a “local”. And that’s exactly what we did.
We worked hard on inspiring eager travelers to take their dream vacation and to plan it together with us. The overwhelming acceptance by thousands of travel enthusiasts at America’s favorite travel show gave us the opportunity to present the best of Croatia. Beginner travelers or anyone with questions were more than welcomed on our booths and we answered all questions they had. What better way to learn about Croatia than on the booths full of experts from Travel Croatia DMC. We brought across the ocean a small part of Croatia with us, lavander from Hvar Island and were happy to share it with anyone who stopped by our booth. That way all the visitors of our booth could not just get information about our country, but feel it as well.
We were blown away by how many people stopped at our booths and showed the interest for our country. They were impressed by stunning beauty of our national parks, cities and the Croatian coast.
One thing is certain, travel shows have so many benefits for exhibitors and visitors as well. The opportunity to attend a fair like this one is a truly valuable experience.
